    Minitilly bit someone at school

his friend N, they get on really well usually

I saw Ns mum today and she asked if the teacher had told me and I said no. She said it was last week, Minitilly bit him on his chest, thru his jumper, tie and shirt and left a red mark
Then later in the day, pushed N over on purpose

N is quite sensitive anyway, so it left him upset all weekend and not wanting to go into school this week

I spoke with MT today, and he said N kicked him but he knew it was naughty to bite, and he didn't know why he had, and would never do it again. But he didn't remember pushing N down and wouldn't have done it on purpose. I've told him N felt so upset he didn't want to go to school, which bothered him and so I've left it there

N's Mum didn't seem furious or anything, just thought I should know. Wonder why on earth his teacher didn't tell me though?
I've invited this little boy round for tea next week, they normally play together really well

I hope his mum doesn't think MT is some bloody thug bully now. I don't really want to say anything else to him, teacher has discussed it and I have, he obviously knows its wrong and is genuinely upset that he hurt his friend, I think thats sufficient - yes?

    Biting...? blimey

    for you.

As you say you have MT have discussed it and he knows it was wrong. I would leave it for now.

I am surprised that the teacher told N's mum that it was MT normally it's 'a child' I didn't think they were allowed to name the other child?

I imagine as it is out of character for MT that's why the teacher didn't mention it, if he started to make a habit of it then she would!

The other Mum sounds as though she was understanding over the matter.... which was good. I would leave things for now, sounds as though MT knows he did wrong.... I am surprised the teacher did not tell you though...

I'm sure they will play well together next week...... never a dull moment with kids is there!

MT went to this boys house for tea - he was anxious about coming here

Then he has come here after with his big brother and his Mum, for an hour

They have played together really nicely and all seems well! Phew

And his mum is a laugh too!
