    It has got me thinking though, you know how the BBC has emergency schedules prepared for when the Pope/Queen/Prime Minister etc dies, maybe someone somewhere is busily writing the jokes that circulate via text a few hours afterwards on such occasion, and keeping a list of the most likely celebrities to pop off...
