Fairly simple and un-nasty joke, as these death bed ones go!

Perhaps they just got together for the potential joke?!

Probably. Very forward thinking couple for their times, lol.

It has got me thinking though, you know how the BBC has emergency schedules prepared for when the Pope/Queen/Prime Minister etc dies, maybe someone somewhere is busily writing the jokes that circulate via text a few hours afterwards on such occasion, and keeping a list of the most likely celebrities to pop off...
