I chose Carrot cake...which sounds about right, and I am indeed a teacher.

On another day I would have gone for Chocolate cake with chocolate icing...which sounds a bit less like me - but the cool outside warm inside bit sounds a bit true - friends often have said i am 'cool calm and collected' even though that might not be how I feel inside!!
