Help with good KS1 Websites and interview questions

I have been working as a casual TA for a while and now there is a vacancy. From what I can gather all casual TA's that apply will be interviewed. For anyone who has been through the process what type of questions were you asked???

I have been mainly working with YR and Y2 so any good websites for resources would be fab!

    TIA

Oooh, best of luck! IMO you will already have the edge as you're currently a casual TA so they'll know how you work. When I was interviewed, I remember there were a fair few 'scenario questions' that cropped up.
As for websites and the like, a good starter would be Teaching Assistants & Classroom Assistants - Jobs, vacancies, advice & essential information

Best of luck. I never had an interview for my job, the head said we need someone are you available, I said 'ok, yes I am' and that was it. I'd actually hate an interview, lol.

I dont use any teaching assistant forums, but do read the TES website which has a place for teaching assistants.
