Thread: homework due in next day

Good result here, I wrote to the teacher and she rang me at work this morning and was very sympathetic and said she would give it out on Mondays and have it due back in on Weds instead. DS1 reported that she had announced to the whole class that they're going to have longer.

My colleague said her school had been giving out next-day homework and she told them to shove it. We do have very different approaches to the parenting thing. We're the only two mothers on the team and the only parents of school age kids, so it makes for interesting debates!

Sounds like a result!
